Capture the enquiry while you are busy

Share your booking page on your website, social profile or in a message. Customers can leave their contact details, job address and what needs doing, even outside your business hours.

The details arrive together, giving you a clearer starting point than a missed call and a message to ring back.

Choose how customers book with you

Use booking requests when you need to assess the work before scheduling it. Customers tell you when suits, and your team decides what to accept.

For work that fits your configured availability, enable confirmed time slots. Customers choose from the times offered on your page. Set up and check the availability rules before sharing that option.

Give customers a way to check progress

A job-status link shows whether work is scheduled, under way or finished. Customers can check it without creating an account or installing an app.

Enable appointment reminders and, where your policy allows, let customers reschedule or cancel within the notice period you set.

Keep the next step easy to find

Share links for quote acceptance, invoices and completion records. Your customer opens the item they need without a portal login to remember.

Invoice links can carry payment instructions. Online payments and booking deposits need their payment setup configured and checked.

How online booking works

  1. Set up your booking pageYou choose the web address, write your own headline and intro, decide whether phone and job address are required, and pick which of your service types customers can choose from. Share the page address on your website, your van or your business cards.
  2. The customer requests work or chooses a slotThey enter their contact details, address and what they need. In request mode they give a preferred time for you to review. With confirmed slots configured, they choose an available time.
  3. Review the work and prepare the crewReview the booking and job details, schedule requests and assign the crew. Share the job-status link so the customer can follow progress.
  4. They are reminded automaticallyAppointment reminders go out ahead of the visit by email or WhatsApp, at the hours before you choose. Customers can opt out of them individually.
  5. They follow it themselvesThe status link shows whether the job is scheduled, under way or finished. If your policy allows it, they can reschedule or cancel from there within the notice period you set.
  6. They accept the quote and open the invoiceBoth from their own links. No account, no app, no portal login to reset. Online payment depends on your payment provider being configured.
  7. They get the proofA completion pack with what was done, which they can view, acknowledge and download.

Try the booking page and customer links yourself before sharing them. Check that the available services, times and instructions match how your business works.

What's included

  • Your own booking page at a web address you choose, with no customer account needed
  • Your own headline and intro on the page, so it reads like your business and not like a form
  • Job address and service type captured on the booking, with phone and address set as required or optional per business
  • Service types you control, so customers choose from the work you take instead of typing a guess
  • Automatic appointment reminders by email and WhatsApp, at the hours before the visit you set, with per customer opt out
  • Expiring links as well, for a one off customer or a campaign, scoped to a particular job site if you need it
  • Configured time slots for customers to choose when confirmed booking is enabled and availability is set up
  • Configured booking deposits with checkout for confirmed-slot bookings when enabled and payment setup is available
  • Job status link showing scheduled, under way or finished, with no login
  • Customer reschedule and cancel, switched on or off per business, with the notice period you set
  • Quote acceptance online, where the customer opens the quote and accepts it from the link
  • Invoice links and payment instructions from a customer link, with payments recorded against the invoice balance
  • Completion packs the customer can view, acknowledge and download as their record of the work
  • Visit reports shared by link
  • Virtual visits, where a job is attended by video instead of in person, joined from a link when video is configured
  • NFC and QR tags that open the right page when scanned on site
What it does not do yet
  • Confirm a time from a preferred-time request. Requests still need your team to review and schedule them; offered time slots require configured availability
  • Take payment without configured payment services. Booking deposits require the confirmed-slot and deposit setup; invoice payment has its own payment setup
  • Give customers a login where they can see their whole history in one place. The booking page is yours, and each link covers one job, one quote or one invoice
  • Send anything by SMS. Reminders and updates go by email and WhatsApp. If text message is how your customers expect to hear from you, Field does not do it

Who uses it

Trades, cleaning teams, pest control, equipment servicing and property-maintenance businesses that need a clearer way to receive enquiries and keep customers informed. Use requests for work that needs assessment, and configured slots for visits that suit a defined booking schedule.

Questions before sharing your booking page

Do customers need an account or an app?

No. They open the booking page, job status, quote, invoice or completion record from its own link in their browser.

Can customers choose a confirmed time?

Yes, when you enable confirmed slots and configure availability for your booking page. In request mode, customers give a preferred time and your team schedules the work. Check which mode you have enabled before sharing the page.

Can customers reschedule or cancel?

Yes, when you allow it. You control whether those actions are available and set the required notice period. Outside those rules, the customer contacts your team.

Does Field send appointment reminders?

You can enable reminders by email and WhatsApp and choose when they go out before the visit. Customers can opt out. SMS reminders are not available.

Can I take a booking deposit?

Booking deposits have a configured checkout flow for confirmed-slot bookings. Enable the deposit settings and check the payment setup before relying on it. A booking request does not collect a deposit.

Can customers accept quotes and open invoices?

Yes, from their own links. Invoice links can include payment instructions. Online card payment needs a configured payment provider. See quotes and invoices.

Do I need a website?

No. Share your booking-page link in a message, email signature, social profile or business listing. If you have a website, link a button to it.

What can I customise?

Choose the page address, headline, introduction and service types. Set whether phone and job address are required. Custom form fields and reordering the existing fields are not available yet.

Can customers book outside business hours?

They can submit a request whenever the page is enabled. A request still needs your review. Confirmed-slot booking only offers times from your configured availability.

How much does it cost?

Free in beta. No card required. See our pricing page.

Do I have to sign a contract?
