What will you show your next employer?

Your learning has a place here too

Keep track of your enrolled courses, study progress, completed learning and issued course certificates. See what you are still working towards and what you have already earned.

The hours behind your experience

Keep your Field shift history in one place. Signed shift records give someone a way to check the recorded hours and identity without relying on a phone call.

Still searching for that certificate?

Keep your licences and tickets with your personal record, including issue and expiry dates. Recorded credentials and verified credentials are clearly distinguished.

Hours on the equipment you run

Where a business tags its equipment, the time you had each machine is counted from the scans. Hours on that specific machine, not a job title.

Photos of the work you have done

Your own portfolio, uploaded by you and kept by you, separate from any job you did it on.

References from the businesses you worked for

Held against your record rather than a phone number you hope still answers.

Changing employers should not erase your history

See your Field work history across businesses, with recorded and verified shifts clearly distinguished.

A file you can take anywhere

Export available signed shift records in an open format that someone else can check. Your work evidence is not tied to an employer account.

A check anyone can run

Send the file. They open our public verify page. No account, no login, and no phone call to us.

How your work record builds

You work the shift

Clock in and out on the job, the way you would anyway.

The shift gets signed

An issued shift record carries a digital signature. That lets someone check who issued it and whether its contents have changed.

Anyone can check it

They paste the credential into our public verify page. The check confirms the signature. It does not assess the quality of your work.

It proves: Hours, identity, and on site

What the signature proves

  • The hours on the shift
  • Who worked them
  • Which business issued it
  • That the shift was clocked inside the job site, on the shifts where that check ran
  • That none of the above has been altered since it was signed

The signature can say a shift was clocked inside the job site. It never says where that site is or whose it was, because that is your employer’s customer and not yours to pass on. Photo evidence is not bound into the signature.

It does not prove: Anything beyond that

  • The address of the site, or whose site it was
  • What is in the job photos
  • The quality of the work
  • That a licensing authority issued your ticket
  • Anything about a job you did off Field

Why start from scratch every time you change jobs?

Your experience took time to build. Keep the record of it ready for your next opportunity.

Your personal record stays with you across businesses.
