Free during beta. No card required. Paid prices are not published yet.

From the roster to the work record

Keep recurring sites in view

Set up repeat work for customer sites, review generated jobs and assign the team for each visit.

Give the team a clear roster

Plan staff schedules, publish the roster and review cover when someone cannot make a shift.

Keep checklists with the work

Use task fields for checklist answers, photos and notes so the office can review the visit record.

Bring the hours together

Capture mobile clock records and review timesheets alongside the work your team completed.

Try one recurring customer site

  1. Set up the customer work

Add the customer site, job instructions and checklist. For repeat work, configure a recurring job series and review the generated jobs.

  2. Put the team on the plan

Assign people to the work and publish the roster. Check that your team can sign in and see the plan.

  3. Keep the record with the job

Capture recorded hours, checklist answers, photos and notes. Review the completed work before using it for billing or payroll handoff.

Start with one real week. Check the roster, checklist and work records before replacing your existing process.

Before you start

What happens after beta?

Field is free during beta, with no card required. Paid prices and plan terms will be published before anyone is asked to pay.

Does recurring work assign the team automatically?

No. Generate and review recurring work, then assign the people who will do it. Publish an updated roster when plans change and tell affected people directly about urgent changes.

Can the team work without a connection?

In a previously loaded app, supported clock and work records can queue when signal drops. Confirm they have synced before relying on them. Scheduling and other live actions need a connection.
