Delete your account
You can ask us to delete your Xanivar Field account and the personal data we hold about you as controller. You do not need to be signed in to make this request.
What gets deleted
- Your Field login, profile and account settings.
- Analytics and diagnostic records tied to your account.
- Your notification and email preferences.
What may not
If you use Field through an employer, the work records that employer created — jobs, timesheets, visit records and their own customer information — belong to that organisation, not to us. We hold them on their behalf, so deletion of those has to come from them. We also keep what the law requires us to keep, for as long as it requires.
